i can't believe people are putting on puppet shows out here in the garden district! |

some bloody idiot stole their star puppet and gave it to that lunatic in the treehouse. maybe i can talk him out of it |
| GetTheDolly.CompletionText |

what a heartwrenching scene of self sacrifice. if only those theater people could have seen it. i hope their play is half as moving. |

the show must go on! |

while everybody's watching the show, i suppose i could see what's upstairs. arthur would probably say something clever like, "Thus the great conundrum of culture: art is its own reward, but baby needs new shoes." |

i've overstayed my welcome perhaps |

What happened to your dolly? |
| Wastrellette |

WellF |
|
That loony who lives in the treehouse — he managed to convince some idiot to steal it. We can't put on our show without a puppet! And it's a shame. We're really the only fun people can have around here, unless you count taunting the bobbies. |
| Sally Boyle |
06 |
PC_Sal |
|
Maybe I can talk to him, and convince him to give your doll back. |
| Wastrellette |
08 |
WellF |
|
I doubt it. He thinks the doll is Peachy Carnehan -- one of his secret agents. |
| Sally Boyle |
10 |
PC_Sal |
|
Hmmmm. I can be fairly convincing sometimes. |
| Wastrellette |
12 |
WellF |
|
Did you get our dolly? |
| Sally Boyle |
14 |
PC_Sal |
|
I did! And I don't think you'll have more trouble with Johnny Bolton. |
| Wastrellette |
16 |
WellF |
|
That's wonderful! Do you want to stay for our show? We'll be able to start it in a few moments, thanks to you! |
| Johnny Bolton |
18 |
WtrlM |
|
You won't get away with this, Dr. Verloc. I've come to stop your evil scheme. |
| Johnny Bolton |
18a |
WtrlM |
|
Hah! You've fallen into my evil trap. |
| Johnny Bolton |
18b |
WtrlM |
|
What's going on? I can't move! |
| Johnny Bolton |
18c |
WtrlM |
|
Yes, Mr. Croker. It's my Paralyzing Ray! |
| Johnny Bolton |
18d |
WtrlM |
|
But wait! Here's Peachy Carnehan, with his Special Operations Executive Hand Mirror. He reflects your Paralyzing Ray back at you! |
| Johnny Bolton |
18e |
WtrlM |
|
Noooo, what are you doing, now *I* can't move! |
| Johnny Bolton |
20 |
WtrlM |
|
Can't you read? No girls allowed. |
| Sally Boyle |
22 |
PC_Sal |
|
Even if one of those girls is a secret agents? |
| Johnny Bolton |
24 |
WtrlM |
|
You're an agent of the Special Operations Executive? Prove it! |
| Sally Boyle |
26 |
PC_Sal |
|
I've been inside Dr. Verloc's lair. |
| Johnny Bolton |
28 |
WtrlM |
|
Shhhh! don't say that out loud! |
| Sally Boyle |
30 |
PC_Sal |
|
I've met Sergeant Stubbs. And know what his favourite code is. Do you? |
| Johnny Bolton |
32 |
WtrlM |
|
All right! All right. You're a secret agent. |
| Johnny Bolton |
34 |
WtrlM |
|
You can't fool me! you're a girl! You can never trust a girl! I trusted a girl once, and she tricked me into going to Dr. Verloc's secret lair! Go away, girl! We don't want to play with you. |
| Sally Boyle |
36 |
PC_Sal |
|
Central needs Peachy to go on a secret mission. It's a very important, very dangerous mission behind enemy lines. |
| Johnny Bolton |
38 |
WtrlM |
|
Peachy! You can't expect me to let you take Peachy! |
| Sally Boyle |
40 |
PC_Sal |
|
Don't you think you should ask Peachy whether he wants to go or not? |
| Johnny Bolton |
42 |
WtrlM |
|
He doesn't want to go. Do you, Peachy? |
| Johnny Bolton |
44 |
WtrlM |
|
Oh. Oh. Well, that's very brave of you. No, of course, Peachy. We all know there's a war on. |
| Johnny Bolton |
46 |
WtrlM |
|
Well, if we don't meet again: it's been an honour to command you. Safe travels, Peachy. |
| Johnny Bolton |
48 |
WtrlM |
|
He says he'll go with you. God be with you both. |
| Johnny Bolton |
50 |
WtrlM |
|
"Do you expect me to talk?" |
| Johnny Bolton |
52 |
WtrlM |
|
"No, Mr. Croker, I expect you to die." |
| Johnny Bolton |
54 |
WtrlM |
|
"You can kill me, but you'll never kill Peachy Carnehan! He'll come back and avenge me." |
| Johnny Bolton |
56 |
WtrlM |
|
"Maybe so, Mr. Croker. Maybe so. But he is far away, and I have all the time in the world." |
The objective "TakeRecipe" implies there'd be a crafting plan to be taken in this quest. I couldn't find anything in Poedit pointing to any specific thing, but perhaps it would have been the Doctor Doll? There is a doctor character in A Doll's House. Might otherwise be "Survival Guide Level1" which is attached to a non specific "Encounter_GetTheDolly" which outside of this item only references Sally's version of the puppet theatre quest.
